3. Please kindly check that all details
entered are correctly. Click "Submit"
and you're done!
4. We'll reply to you within 2 working
days (Except Sun and Public
Holidays)
to confirm your order.
5. Once payment is made, we'll send you
an email to verify your
payment. Items
will be sent to you as soon as we've
received payment!
6. For "customised Gemstones", we will
advise on the completion and lead time
required for delivery.
(A 50% *deposit of payment for the
item is
required. Balance payment to
be made in full before shipment.)
*Deposit will be forfeited should customer
decide to cancel their
order upon the
completion of the item.
7. For customised Hand-made Products,
please kindly give us at least
2 weeks
to process. *(It may take more than
2 weeks depending on the
availabilty
of materials on hand)
8. For Lifestyle Products (Wholesales and
Export), please kindly drop
us a mail for
more information. If you are interested
to buy it for
yourself, we welcome you
too. In this case, a minimum order
quantity is required, depending on stock
availablility.
