HOW TO ORDER

1. Simply click on "Details" for the items
    you are interested or drop us a mail

2. Under the "Details", at the     ENQUIRIES/ORDERING column :

    - To order, please kindly include the
       following details :

    1) Name
    2) Email address
    3) Mailling address
    4) Contact number
    5) Product Code
    6) Quantity
    7) Payment methods
    8) Delivery methods

3. Please kindly check that all details
   entered are correctly. Click "Submit"
   and you're done!

4. We'll reply to you within 2 working
   days (Except Sun and Public Holidays)
   to confirm your order.

5. Once payment is made, we'll send you
   an email to verify your payment. Items
   will be sent to you as soon as we've
   received payment!

6. For "customised Gemstones", we will
   advise on the completion and lead time
   required for delivery.
   (A 50% *deposit of payment for the
   item is required. Balance payment to
   be made in full before shipment.)

*Deposit will be forfeited should customer
decide to cancel their order upon the
completion of the item.

7. For customised Hand-made Products,
   please kindly give us at least 2 weeks
   to process. *(It may take more than
   2 weeks depending on the availabilty
   of materials on hand)

8. For Lifestyle Products (Wholesales and
   Export), please kindly drop us a mail for
   more information. If you are interested
   to buy it for yourself, we welcome you
   too. In this case, a minimum order
   quantity is required, depending on stock
   availablility.

1. Local Delivery
a) LOCAL POSTAGE

*In addition to the postage fee, there
is a handling fee of S$1.50 for packaging
cost and there will be an additional $2.24 applicable for registered articles

b) SPEEDPOST ISLAND WIDE SERVICES**
   **(Highly recommended : For purchase
   of "Gemstones" items)

c) Self-collect (For Local)
   - Cash upon collection (Exact Cash
     transaction only)

Please kindly print out the collection slip
from us to collect your order.

2. At a place agreed by both parties.

Collection Day :
Mon-Sat (Except Sun and Public Holidays)

Collection Time :
12pm to 6pm (prior to changes)

* If items ordered are unavailable, we

   before sales and shipment.
